Without a strong, solid foundation of God’s principles, everything else we try to build will soon crumble and fall. It explores in depth what it takes to be a person of excellent character who stays on the road to a God-given destiny, and teaches that character is built in front of those who are watching us.
CHM-102Foundations of FaithThis course teaches the basic doctrines of the Christian faith recorded in the Bible, stressing the importance of a proper spiritual foundation for life and ministry through the foundations identified in Hebrews 6:1-3: repentance, faith, baptism, laying on of hands, resurrection, and eternal judgment.
CHM-103Knowing God’s VoiceThis course explains how God speaks to men today and how to find His general and specific plans for life. A Christian model for decision making is presented, along with guidelines for overcoming wrong decisions, steps to take if you have missed the will of God, and methods for dealing with questionable practices.
CHM-104Intercessory PrayerAn intercessory prayer guide that includes guidelines on how to pray, what to pray for, when not to pray, resources for prayer, international intercession, and the factors that hinder prayer.
CHM-105Ministry of the Holy SpiritThis study focuses on the ministry of the Holy Spirit, spiritual fruit, and spiritual gifts. Students are guided in the discovery of their own spiritual gifts and position of ministry in the Body of Christ.
CHM-106Authority of the BelieverThis course covers what authority is, how the believer can break the power of the devil, what weapons of warfare are at the believer’s disposal, and how to exercise that authority daily. This authority is the Name of Jesus.
CHM-107Spiritual Warfare: Spiritual StrategiesThis course teaches specific strategies for spiritual warfare, moving students beyond the natural world into the realm of the spirit. Tactics of the enemy are analyzed and students are taught to protect themselves by knowing the authority and power given them by Jesus Christ. It stresses wearing the armor of God and declares that we are victorious over the principalities and powers of the spirit world.
CHM-108Old Testament SurveyAn overview of the message, authors, main thoughts, and central themes of the books of the Old Testament, with study outlines of each book for further development of the student.
CHM-109New Testament SurveyAn overview of the message, authors, main thoughts, and central themes of the books of the New Testament, with study outlines of each book for further development of the student.
CHM-110Strategies for Spiritual HarvestThis course uses the parable of the natural harvest to present the believer’s need to develop spiritual vision, see the spiritual harvest, and accept the challenge to become a harvester for the Kingdom of God.
CHM-111Kingdom LivingThe Gospel of the Kingdom will be preached in all the world before the return of our Lord Jesus Christ. This course teaches the principles and patterns necessary to enter the Kingdom, maintain residency, and fulfill the commission to preach its Gospel to the world.
CHM-112Developing a Biblical World ViewThis course examines the biblical worldview revealed from Genesis through Revelation, detailing God’s plan for the nations from the beginning of time and presenting the current worldwide spiritual need.
CHM-113Leaven Like EvangelismThe Gospel spreads throughout the world like leaven in bread dough: small and hidden, but unlimited in impact. Effective evangelism strategies are taught, including detailed instruction on the deliverance ministry, church planting, and networking between ministries.
CHM-114Principles of Environmental AnalysisStudents learn environmental analysis on an individual, church, and organizational basis, including how to analyze the spiritual environment of a village, city, state, or nation prior to penetrating it with the Gospel message.

Second Year
CHM-201Creative Bible StudyThis course equips students for personal study of the Word of God. Students learn to study the Bible by book, chapter, paragraph, verse, and word, plus biographical, devotional, theological, typological, and topical methods, with guidelines for poetry and prophecy.
CHM-202Life and Teachings of Christ IThis course examines Christ during His early years and ministry, and part of His life as He teaches His apostles.
CHM-203Life and Teachings of Christ IIThis course continues to examine Christ’s life as He teaches His apostles. It also studies the gathering storm ahead of Christ and the glorious victory He won for all believers as He went through the storm.
CHM-204The AnointingStudents learn the importance of the anointing of God for effectiveness in the five-fold ministry and all other church-related ministries, how the anointing worked in the Old and New Testaments, and that it is available to all believers today.
CHM-205Teaching TacticsThis course examines the methods Jesus used to teach and preach the Gospel, with guidelines for analyzing the audience, stating objectives, planning the lesson, using different teaching methods, and evaluating your teaching.
CHM-206Multiplication MethodologiesThis course presents God’s plan for spiritual multiplication and reveals how a Christian can be responsible for the multiplication of thousands of trained and motivated believers, including the principles of church growth.
CHM-207Biblical Management PrinciplesAn introduction to the principles of biblical management with an emphasis on servant leadership, biblical leaders, and scriptural strategies for success — including decision making, handling conflict, and training leaders and followers.
CHM-208Biblical Finances: Divine ProvisionStudents learn about our giving God and the resources already given through Christ Jesus: living under an open heaven financially, conducting spiritual warfare over finances, scriptural financial principles, and removing barriers to financial blessing.
CHM-209Divine Healing: Battle for the BodyThis course reveals that through the redemptive work of Jesus Christ provision has been made for physical healing, and trains students to minister healing biblically.
CHM-211Women: A Biblical ProfileA study of all the Bible teaches about women and their role in ministry — both a study guide and a reference tool listing the passages about women and the individual women mentioned in the Word of God.
CHM-212Discovering Your PurposeThis course helps students identify their purpose in life and ministry and equips them to boldly fulfill God’s destiny for their lives, using specific biblical examples.
CHM-213Mobilization MethodologyMethods for mobilizing spiritual forces for God, with practical application of CFBC’s vision to specific areas of ministry. Referral courses in various areas of ministry are available through this module.
CHM-214Angels and DemonsThis course teaches the origin, activity, and sphere of influence of angels, Satan, and demons, bringing awareness so students can use the power and authority given them by Jesus Christ to overcome the enemy.
CHM-215Altar CounselorTraining for students as altar counselors, to properly minister alongside the minister to those who respond to the altar call and to reap the spiritual fruit of those who receive and act upon the Word of God.

CHM-301Ministerial EthicsDesigned to help students in their spiritual formation, this course teaches the unique moral role of the minister and the ethical responsibilities of that vocation, exposing common ethical problems and providing preventive strategies.
CHM-302Church Administration: Management by ObjectivesA method for conducting Christian ministry in an orderly, effective manner. Students analyze Christ’s objectives for ministry and learn to set objectives, implement plans, delegate, manage time, and evaluate results.
CHM-303Submission and AuthorityThis course teaches the power of being under God’s authority and how choosing to submit to His divine and delegated authority enables us to walk in the power and authority God desires for us.
CHM-304Principles of LeadershipStudents learn to recognize, develop, and refine the personal characteristics necessary to become an effective Christian leader — leadership as a lifestyle rather than a list of do’s and don’ts.
BIC-305People Skills: Communication and Conflict ResolutionStudents recognize, develop, and refine the communication and interpersonal skills necessary to be effective ministers and leaders, with techniques for conflict resolution, proper confrontation, and restoring broken relationships.
